The development of fine motor skills is an important aspect in early childhood education because it is related to children's readiness to learn at the next stage of education. This study aims to describe the application of the ULIN Learning Model based on local wisdom of Kalimantan in improving the fine motor skills of early childhood children at Tunas Rimba II Kindergarten, Palangka Raya. The ULIN Model is a learning innovation inspired by the philosophy of ironwood as a symbol of strength and resilience, which is developed through four learning stages: Reveal, Practice, Innovation, and Reason. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and assessment of child development. The results of the study indicate that the application of the ULIN learning model is able to improve children's fine motor skills through creative activities such as stringing, folding, cutting, and making collages. In addition, this model also fosters children's creativity, independence, and self-confidence. The findings of this study indicate that the integration of local wisdom in learning can be an innovative strategy in supporting the improvement of the quality of early childhood education.
